The domain arzonet.com and the software application Arzonet are developed, owned, and operated exclusively by ARZAQ INSIGHTS (Registered Office: D-299 Block D, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi, 110096, India). All intellectual property, software algorithms, design assets, and copyrights belong solely to ARZAQ INSIGHTS.
1 User Eligibility & Account Security
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API keys, and session tokens.
2 Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Arzonet maintains strict sender reputation guidelines:
- Opt-In Consent: All email and WhatsApp recipients must have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from you. Purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Content: Phishing, fraudulent schemes, malware distribution, adult content, unverified crypto offers, or harassment are grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.
- Deliverability Standards: Accounts generating bounce rates higher than 5% or spam complaint rates exceeding 0.1% will be automatically throttled to protect shared domain reputation.
3 Billing, Payments & Taxes
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe). Invoices are generated in the name of ARZAQ INSIGHTS. Applicable GST / statutory taxes will be applied at checkout.
4 Limitation of Liability & SLA
Arzonet targets 99.9% platform availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, email client rendering quirks, or Meta Cloud API rate limits.
5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
